Each day of Virtual Wellbeing Festival week, we will be bringing you a different Get Active session to help you get moving and ready for the day ahead.
This is a full body chair yoga practice for beginners, presented by Raj Rajani of Yogada Studios
Raj will guide you through a gentle flow of poses, using a chair, to help release tension in the neck, shoulders, back and hips, often developed as a result of long days sat at the computer.
She will lead you to experience the benefits of simple breathing techniques to help release stress built up during a busy, deadline-driven day and stimulate the vagus nerve.
The practice will end with a guided meditation/visualisation for self-confidence and inner peace and contentment.
