ICN is celebrating Pride Month with our latest Leadership Matters Conversation session

Our upcoming Leadership Matters Conversations session explores the importance of inclusive language and how it supports our colleagues in the LGBTQIA+ community. Coinciding with Pride Month 2023 celebrations, this insightful discussion takes place on Tuesday 20 June at 10:30am.
In the session we will be joined by members of the LGBTQ+ community that work across our integrated care system to hear why inclusive language is important to them. We are delighted to welcome Aaron Scott, Alistair Weston, Haitch Brackenbury, and Paul Shanley for this session. They are members of the LGBTQIA+ community working across our integrated care system. This enables them to share their genuine lived experiences, highlighting the realities we often overlook without meaning and provide us with insight into what we can do today to ensure everyone has a place at Integrated Care Northamptonshire (ICN).
