Now is the time to make sure more people living with COPD are optimised and empowered to manage their condition by giving them the opportunity to sign up for the app. A Digital Health Advisor is available from the provider to support with the patient registration process.

Key features:

  • Supports annual reviews and QoF reporting
  • Supports patient initiated follow up
  • Inhaler instruction and medication reminders

This study mentions there was 19% less unscheduled GP appointments when comparing patient data prior to myCOPD.

Please find the link to myCOPD resources for use in your Practice (waiting room video, patient leaflet and poster).

To get started please get in touch with the my mhealth operations team by emailing operations@mymhealth.com. The team will guide you through the process and support your service to get up and running.
