Looking to take the next step in your career? Northamptonshire Health and Care Careers Academy is excited to share two upcoming apprenticeship opportunities: Learning Mentor Level 3 and Coaching Professional Level 5 qualifications.

We’re offering colleagues across all employers an opportunity to complete a Learning Mentor Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by Dynamic Training in partnership with St Andrews Healthcare. The programme will cover an array of topics, including the role of a learning mentor, how to provide mentoring support and the procedures for effective mentoring.

Training is delivered through a mixture of virtual and face-to-face workshops, lasting 12 months.

Beginning at the end of March 2022, the deadline for expressions of interest is Monday 28 February 2022.

To register your interest for this programme, or to find out more information, please email apprenticeships@standrew.co.uk or call 01604 616524.

The second qualification offering is a Coaching Professional Level 5 apprenticeship, delivered by BPP Professional Education Ltd in partnership with Grant Thornton.

Taking place over a 15-month period, this programme features nine virtual classroom sessions, as well as three two-day workshops in person.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn about the principles of coaching, how to build a coaching toolkit, developing client capacity and constructing a coaching philosophy.

The deadline for this opportunity is Monday 7 March, with a view to the programme starting in April.

To register your interest or find out more, please email apprenticeships@nhft.nhs.uk or call 07885 972052.
